1 more weekend to prepare (A checklist for day of!)
For your convenience here is a quick summary of what you’ll need to bring with you on the big day!
The Basics
A valid State ID
Printed Confirmation of your Reservation and catering and alcohol purchases. A copy can be printed by accessing your DEB account, Selecting the “Store Icon” and then clicking “View Purchase/Reciept”
Set up
A folding square table (between 28” and 32”) (any color) No round tables please
2 white chairs (or any color chairs with a white cover)
White tablecloth (HINT: Did you know an inexpensive white sheet makes for a good tablecloth?)
Roller bag or picnic basket containing your picnic dinner and table set-up.
2 white cloth napkins
Flameless Candle and Candle Holders
One Lighter or Matches (For Sparklers)
White Plates (Non-Disposable: No paper or plastic)
2 sets of cutlery (Non-Disposable: No paper or plastic)
2 Glasses (Non-Disposable: No paper of plastic)
(Optional): Table Decorations: centerpiece, white/clear/silver vase with white flowers. Feel free to be creative!
Food
Non-alcoholic beverages. Due to licensing and insurance, you must purchase ALL alcohol purchases should have already been completed through our online store
Bottled Water
If catering was not purchased: One complete meal (We suggest a minimum of a first course, main, cheese/dessert, baguette.)
Attire
White party clothes (no beige, tan, or cream. Why? Because our City will look AMAZING if we’reall dressed in synchrony) Think ELEGANT.
Optional suggestions: white hat, white jacket, white mask, white gloves, white wig. Prohibited: T-shirts, colorful sports shoes, baseball caps.
