Departure Points & Bus Leaders
HOW am I going to sit with my friends? HOW do I get to the secret location the day of?
Wonderful questions! Both of these are determined by your registration, and the bus you register for. Registration is a fast few minutes, so it is best to make sure you and your friends have a plan beforehand.
As the location is a secret up until the moment you get there, you will meet your Group and Bus Leader at Departure Points around the city, and hop on a bus with all of your supplies and head to the secret location. Once the event is over, you will return to the same bus that will be parked where you were let off, and then return to your original Departure Point.
During registration, you will choose your Departure Point, and once it is chosen, it cannot be changed. We want you to know the locations ahead of time so you are prepared to choose during registration, as you only have a few minutes to complete your registration once you begin.
Some things to remember:
While you are registering, you will need to choose your Rendezvous Point, then your Group Leader, then your Bus/Table Leader.
Remember, if you want to sit with your friends, you all need to choose the same Departure Point and Bus/Table Leader (if available at the time of registration).

- If you wish to sit next to your friends, you must all be on the same bus. As some buses fill fast, it is advised to register ASAP once Phases open. Once a bus is filled, we cannot add you to it.
- We only have allotted a few busses at each location, so your preferred Departure Point might not be available when you register. Always have a backup plan! We will announce on Facebook when Departure Points are sold out to help Phase 2 and Phase 3 plan.
- Information on the timing of the event, when you should arrive at your Departure Point, parking, exact bus location, etc, will be provided to members once registration is completed, a few weeks before the event.
- Departure Points are subject to change. Your assigned Bus/Table Leader will send you information on the exact location before the event. Don't forget to read those emails!
